Unfortunately, I'm nursing a hip flexor injury and haven't been able to run. Very sad! But I'm planning on a cool 4 miler with my runner friends at the gym tomorrow morning......
I joined this site to help me with my speed. I started running last October, ran the Sarasota Grouper Run marathon 3 weeks ago. I came in at 5:33:38. I was hoping to try to shave 1:48 by October to qualify for Boston, but I'm not so sure I can! Any and all input will be gratefully appreciated! |
